Time after time, buyers tell me, "the offer part was fine, but once we were in escrow everything felt chaotic." And, to be fair, that statement can quickly turn into reality; Escrow can quickly become the most stressful aspect of buying real estate as unexpected issues surface during inspections or appraisals appear with surprises and contingency deadlines arrive faster than anticipated, leaving buyers to scramble like an Olympian trying to manage all these plates spinning around at once.

No one needs the added stress and headache of dealing with contracts alone, which is why having someone calm and experienced by your side makes such a difference.
