One seller shared with me that "whenever we had a query, our agent would either be on vacation or "really busy."
It's a tough thing to hear but it happens a lot more than it should. Sellers deserve to have someone on hand and available, because timing is everything when it comes to questions.
Being responsive is not an afterthought for me. It's a part of my job. I will always respond quickly, whether it is a quick update or a show detail. If I am busy, my team will be able to help you.
You should not expect a person to be responsive just because you have trusted them with the sale of your house. You won't have to question whether I am working for you. You'll know it at every turn.
