When Local Knowledge Makes All the Difference

A seller once told me, “We asked our agent about schools and they literally had to Google them in front of us.”

That moment has remained with me because it encapsulated perfectly why local expertise matters so much.

Real estate isn't all about square footage and paint colors; buyers also care about lifestyle factors when considering purchasing a house. Where will my children attend school, how is my commute, what vibe does this neighborhood exude, etc. If your agent can't answer those questions immediately then that should raise red flags about selling that home.

When you hire me as your real estate professional, you are not simply hiring someone to list your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Instead, you are hiring an advocate who lives here, works here, and truly knows the market. I know which streets command premium prices; which buyers are inquiring about them right now; and how best to highlight details important to families, investors, and professionals.
