Why the First 14 Days Can Make or Break Your Home Sale

Timing is everything when it comes to selling your home. Those first two weeks after listing can set the stage for its entirety: think of them like the opening night of a major show: lights are up, audiences are present - if you don't catch their attention quickly then their interest quickly wanes.
