Home Seller
A seller once told me, “Our last agent promised multiple offers that weekend. We didn’t even get one showing.”
Frustrating--but unfortunately it happens too often. Agents may tell sellers what they want to hear in order to secure the listing; promises may sound great when reality doesn't match up; only then are their disappointment, wasted time and stress manifested fully.
I take an alternative approach. When meeting with sellers, my goal is to set realistic expectations backed up with actual data. That means: Reviewing comparable sales in the neighborhood
Studying current buyer demand and trends
Building a strong, strategic launch plan to attract the right buyers
When I tell you what to expect, it’s not guesswork. It’s rooted in experience and knowledge of our local market. I’d much rather have you pleasantly surprised by strong activity than discouraged by a weekend of silence.
That’s how trust is built. And in real estate, trust is everything. Because getting your home sold isn’t about throwing out empty promises—it’s about delivering results that protect your equity and move you forward with confidence.
