They Kept Getting Shown the Wrong Homes—Because Their Agent Never Really Listened

I can't tell you how many times I've heard this: "We felt like our agent wasn't listening--they kept showing us homes that didn't match what we wanted."

It's frustrating. Buyers become frustrated instead of excited by the process after seeing house after home that don't fit. Sometimes, the houses are out of reach. Sometimes the layout is not right. It's as if the agent didn't take the time to fully understand the client.

It's not just about ticking boxes. It's also about finding the perfect match for you, your family and your long-term objectives.

This is why I have a different method. I start by having a conversation, not with a list. I ask more than just the number of bedrooms and square footage.

  • What would your ideal home day look like?
  • What parts of the city do you find most comfortable?
  • What would you be proud of if you walked through your front door each evening?

Once I understand your priorities I can narrow down the search and find homes that are right for you. What is the result? The result? Less frustration, less wasted time and more excitement for the right house to appear.

Finding the perfect home isn't just about me. It's also about you and making sure that your next move feels right.
